My story
Cody has been a tattoo artist since 2019, and an artist since birth. Creating art has always been a love of his, first as a hobbyist, and now as a devoted professional to an art form that he believes is sacred. Cody learned the craft of tattooing on Long Island, NY, where he spent the first twenty five years of his life.
After three years of working on Long Island, Cody moved 800 miles south to Savannah, Georgia to find new perspectives and opportunities. Since moving to Savannah, Cody has enjoyed the challenge of establishing himself in a foreign town, and beginning to specialize in the style of black and gray realism tattooing.
Cody believes his role as a tattooer is to guide his clients on their tattoo journeys. He does so by carefully listening to not only what his clients need, but by working with them to figure out why they would like to get tattooed.
Cody understands that getting tattooed can be a vulnerable and transformative experience for his clients. This is why he takes such care to build a personal connection with his clients, and to make sure that each client feels heard and understood.
